If it is your wish, we can arrange for a Habito care and support worker to live in your own home to be there 7 days a week.
Your care and support worker will be there for all of your needs including any personal care , companionship, housework and even your shopping.
Whatever help it is you need a Habito care and support worker will be there on hand to help you with everyday needs and furthermore at a cost similar to that of living in a care home.

Your initial visit
Following an initial enquiry from you we will arrange for one of our senior team you are interested in learning more or having arrangements made.
They will arrange a convenient time to come and visit you which will give you the chance to have an informal chat about whether Live-in care is the right thing for you.
If you decide that Live-in care is your right for you then we will follow up with you to receive a full assessment and prepare a care plan based around your needs and preferences along with a support agreement.
Your support plan will detail all of the care and support you need and what your preferences are so this helps your care and support worker to provide the best level of care and support that fits your needs
Furthermore we will ensure that your Live-in care and support worker has regular assessments to make sure they always deliver the high standards of care you expect and likewise our senior team will also regularly review with you the care you are receiving.
