Victoria Goodhall
Managing Director (Co Owner)
Victoria’s journey didn’t start in care — most of her working life was in sales, marketing and team management. After becoming a new mum, she sought a more flexible and meaningful path. She started in this very branch as a Care Coordinator, then Deputy Manager, before purchasing the business. She loves the pace, the people, and the family atmosphere, and is passionate about growing the branch and supporting her fantastic care team every day
Andrew Taylor
Financial Director (Co Owner)
Andrew purchased the branch alongside Victoria and is committed to growing the client base while ensuring the highest standards of care. He strongly believes that everyone deserves the best care possible, and is proud of how the branch supports families with genuine compassion and reliability.
Rachel
Care Manager Level 5
Rachel has come from a background of Care Management and has 26 years care experience! Rachel has previously supported her teams in growing their services in the local areas. Rachel has vast experience in growth and compliance and is looking forward to developing the service.
Rachel has already gained her Level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care and with her qualifications and experience hopes to support the business in becoming the best provider in Cheshire!
Rachel is available daily in the office and runs the care service.
Megan
Coordinator
I joined Caremark in June this year. I have many years’ experiences in domiciliary care and complex care. I have experience in management office support as a Field Care Supervisor and as Care Coordinator, I have always enjoyed the challenge of coordination and ensuring customers receive their visits on time.
I fell in love with the care industry the day I started, I am looking forward to progressing in my role and supporting the branch become the best in the area.
Since joining Caremark, the team and the family atmosphere has really made me feel welcome.
My role is to ensure all our customers receive their visits on time with their preferred Care workers.
I am available in the office daily to support with Care worker and Customer requirements.
Lorien Telfer
Field Care Supervisor
Lorien joined Caremark in 2022 as a part time Care Assistant. Lorien fell in love with the industry and was a natural from the start. Lorien has worked hard to progress her career in Care.
Lorien was promoted to Care Coordinator in June 2023.
Lorien is responsible for all of our client visits and staff rotas. Lorien is working towards her Level 3 NVQ to better her knowledge and to support Andrew, Victoria and Rachel in becoming the best provider in the area!
