Victoria Goodhall Managing Director

Victoria’s journey didn’t start in care, most of her working life was in sales and marketing and the day-to-day management of her teams.

After becoming a new mum, Victoria decided she wanted a change in direction with flexibility for her new life.

Victoria chose Caremark having started her care career path in the same branch as a Care Coordinator and then on to Deputy Manager.

Victoria loved the pace, the customers and looking after the team of care assistants and the family vibe of all those working within the branch.

When the opportunity arose to purchase the business the timing was right as well.

Victoria is looking forward to developing the branch by expanding further into the territory and supporting more clients that are in need of quality care.

She is excited to build on and retain the existing team of fantastic care assistants through career progression and training opportunities.

Victoria is in the branch daily to support the team with the day to day running of the service.

Andrew Taylor Financial Director

Andrew purchased the branch alongside Victoria and is excited to build on the existing client base to deliver quality care to more individuals within the region.

He shares the same vision as Victoria that everyone should have the best care possible when needed.

Andrew has strong feelings for the care provided by Caremark Cheshire North East to meet the expectations from a family perspective.
